These Terms of Use govern your enrollment and participation in The Structure & Function of College Football Masterclass (“Course”). By enrolling, you agree to these Terms.

1. Enrollment & Access

• Enrollment grants you a single-user license or institutional license to access Course content.

• Access is for personal educational use only.

• Sharing login details or redistributing Course materials is prohibited.

2. Payments & Refunds

• Payment is due at the time of enrollment.

• If using a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.

• Refund requests must comply with the Course’s refund policy  (14-day money-back guarantee)

3. Intellectual Property

• All Course content, including videos, worksheets, and community materials, is owned by Spencer Tillman.

• You may not copy, resell, or distribute any part of the Course.

4. Disclaimers

• This Course is for educational purposes only.

• It is not affiliated with the NCAA or any college/university.

• We do not guarantee scholarships, contracts, NIL deals, or specific financial outcomes.

5. Community Guidelines

• Respectful participation is required in community spaces.

• We reserve the right to remove participants for harassment, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any financial, athletic, or academic outcomes based on participation in the Course.

• You assume full responsibility for decisions made using Course content.
